Lyn Harris-Dinkmeyer was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology in 1977. Since receiving her degree, she has worked extensively in the field of child welfare. Her experience includes casework, case management, grant writing, grant administration, trust account management, fund raising, and prior experience directing a not-for-profit organization. She currently resides in Parkland, Florida with her husband, Jim. They are the parents of two grown children.
